Hartford Building

After the INCOG headquarters and the City of Tulsa permitting office moved out in 2007, The Hartford Building at the Eastern edge of downtown sat empty for ten years. The property was purchased by the Bhow Family in 2017, and the 75,000 square foot building underwent a dramatic five million dollar renovation. As of August 2022, the Hartford Building is 100% occupied. Tenants include Clarion Events, The Root Coworking, World Travel Service, Merrick & Co., Cherokee Nation Film, and the Bhow Capital offices.
